Welcome to Penguin Exterior Cleaning. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These T&Cs apply to all services provided by Penguin Exterior Cleaning and form the basis of the contract between you (the "Client") and us (the "Company").

2. Services

Penguin Exterior Cleaning offers exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Our services are provided as described in the service agreement or as detailed on our website.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1. Scheduling: Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone. 3.2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. 3.3. Weather Conditions: Our services are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, we may reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to you.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Quotes: All quotes provided are based on the information given at the time of booking. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges. 4.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. 4.3. Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Access: The Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access is not provided, the appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. 5.2. Preparation: The Client should ensure that the areas to be cleaned are free of obstacles and that all windows and doors are securely closed.

6. Liability

6.1. Damage: Penguin Exterior Cleaning will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faulty fixtures or materials. 6.2. Insurance: We are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.

7. Complaints and Disputes

7.1. Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 7.2. Disputes: Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of our service will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
